Red Dress Gala
Philanthropy and service are cornerstones of Alpha Phi and are truly close to our heart. In 1956, Alpha Phi was the first women's fraternity to establish a foundation. Each year, the Alpha Phi foundation awards the Heart to Heart Cardiac Care grant to an organization focused on women't cardiac research.
Heart disease is the #1 killer of women in America, and since its inception, the foundation has donated over one million dollars to this cause. At the Iota Kappa Chapter, we understand the importance of our Foundation's mission and we strive to contribute as much as we can to support women's heart health.
Yearly, we host Red Dress Gala, an evening of dining, dancing, and silent auctions, to fundraise for the Alpha Phi Foundation. Friends, families, and alumnae are invited to enjoy, food, drink, and fun at the Hanover Inn.
